Registration

This page provides the registration information and registration forms for Eurographics 2023 main conference.

To apply for a registration as an EG member, you need first to register on the Eurographics website. Note that the Eurographics 2023 registration does not include an automatic registration to the Eurographics Association. Please visit the EG membership page to become a member of EG in order to benefit from the reduced prices, as mentioned.

Please be aware that at least one author per paper must register and present his or her paper in person.

Registration Fees

Categories

Full Conference

Full Conference registration includes access to all main conference sessions and all tutorials. The fee also includes the conference digital proceedings, coffee breaks, Social Dinner ticket and Welcome Cocktail ticket. Events are subject to a limited number of places. Events’ pre-registration is mandatory and is on a first-come first-serve access. Conference lunches are not included in the conference fees but are accessible at a discount price (see registration form). Pre-registration is also mandatory.

Student

Student registration is a Full Conference registration at a discounted rate for students. A student is defined as a BSc, MSc or PhD student. To register as a student a copy of your student ID card or a letter confirming your PhD status (start and expected end date) written by your supervisor (e.g., who registered as a “Big Buddy”, if this is the case) is required. Your student ID card or your PhD status has to be valid at the time of the conference. A scanned copy of student ID card or the letter (readable and in English) should be e-mailed to the Eurographics Registration Office: eg2023.registration@lists.saarland-informatics-campus.de. Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.

Retired Researchers

Retired Researchers are also entitled to the student discount. A written statement containing proof of your status as a retired researcher should be e-mailed to the Eugrographics Registration Office: eg2023.registration@lists.saarland-informatics-campus.de. Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.  

Big Buddy

Big Buddy registration includes one Full Conference registration for a supervisor and two Student registrations. The supervisor must be EG member to get the reduced fee. For each student registration, a proof of PhD student status is required (see above). Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.

Welcome Reception and Social Dinner

Upon availability, it might be possible to buy extra tickets before or onsite for the Social Dinner and Welcome Reception separately (e.g., for attendees registered to a co-located event or for an accompanying person). It is advised to let us know as soon as possible.

• Ticket for the Welcome Reception: 20€
• Ticket for the Social Dinner: 90€

The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday May 8, 2023 at the conference venue (Saarland Informatics Campus,  Saarbrücken). The Social Dinner will take place on Wednesday May 10, 2023 at the Alte Schmelz, St. Ingbert.

Terms and Conditions for Registration

Please be aware that the conference does no run a cancelation policy. No refund is possible.

If EUROGRAPHICS 2023 has to be cancelled due to reasons that are beyond the power and control of EUROGRAPHICS 2023 organizers (for example, outbreak of infectious diseases or acts of terrorism), participants are entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee only. In this case, the amount remaining after payment of all financial liabilities for Eurographics 2023 will be refunded proportionally to the registered participants.
